A personal message from our Managing Director
on the policies of Jackie McMahon Construction and & Cost Consultancy in relation to the Covid Pandemic.

 

Even before The World Health Organisation declared Covid-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, the number of global respiratory infections had increased exponentially, with all sectors of society, even those without underlying health problems, appearing to be at risk.

​

We now know that even fully-fit individuals can fall victim to the disease, and that it will not be going away, so we have to learn to live with it.

​

This pandemic, which is now subject to new variants appearing regularly around the World, highlights the needs for absolute hygiene integrity in all Cleanroom environments, as well as everywhere else in business and society in general.

​

Jackie McMahon Construction & Cost Consultancy are totally committed to supplying and maintaining safe environments as a priority.

​

We also take the health, safety and well-being of our customers and committed  employees very seriously. What we’re all continuing to experience in our daily lives is unprecedented and demands a continuing diligent approach by every company and individual within it.

In response to recommendations by the Irish Government and World Health Organisation, we promote and monitor a number of precautions to protect our employees while at the same time, continuing to supply critical services to our customers in a safe and professional manner.

 

Our  employees are set up to work from home if they feel ill, are ill, or have come in contact with anyone exhibiting any signs of the Coronavirus, without impacting projects to a critical degree.   

 

We have maintained our enhanced internal procedures related to personal hygiene, which were already of the highest standard and in addition, we have maintained our own high levels of sanitising our premises regularly.

 

Internal social distancing recommendations are remaining in place for the forseeable future.

Jackie McMahon Construction & Cost Consultancy will continue to monitor the global situation as it develops and customers are assured that we will implement any further safety recommendations as they are advised.

 

Jackie McMahon Construction & Cost Consultancy continue to be very pro-active in addressing the enduring challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic in all its forms.

 

To support life-sustaining and essential services in Client companies, we are equipped to reconfigure constructions and infrastructures for conversion of patient care rooms to negative pressure rooms, in case of shortages of airborne infectious isolation rooms.

We will continue to provide our customers with the products and services they require without any disruptions, as we have consistently demonstrated since the pandemic first took hold of society.

 

We urge everyone to stay safe and continue to heed all Irish Government and WHO recommendations on an on-going basis.
